When Laloo Prasad Yadav was still chief minister of Bihar, he was asked by a journalist: 'Why do you have a family of nine children?'
Laloo replied, 'Having small families is part of the Congress Party's programme. I am opposed to the Congress, so I have a large family.'
The journalist further asked, 'Sir, what is the secret of your virility?'
'Eating cattle fodder,' replied Laloo calmly.
